Zaznamovali so jo posredovani spomini in prve izkušnje s Sarajevskim predorom. V svojem delu poskuša združiti zgodovinsko, socialno in arhitekturno perspektivo ter kritično naslavljati komercializacijo spominskih prostorov.
Ena Kukić, an architect and assistant at the Faculty of Architecture in Graz, describes her connection to Sarajevo, where she was born. During the war, as a young girl, she returned to the besieged Sarajevo with her mother and brother. She was shaped by second-hand memories and her initial experiences with the Sarajevo Tunnel. In her work, she strives to integrate historical, social, and architectural perspectives while critically addressing the commercialization of memorial spaces.
